Whole cooked lobsters are caught fresh everyday by our fishermen in the Florida Keys, they are then transferred to our processing plant where they are then selected individually to meet our standards for cooking.  After the cooking process, they are shrink wrapped, graded and frozen within 5 minutes at 200 ° below zero through our liquid nitrogen tunnels to ensure our strict standards for quality which has given us our reputation worldwide for over 45 years.

Lobster Tails

Whole raw lobsters are caught fresh everyday by our fishermen in the Florida Keys,  they are then transferred to our processing facility where they are selected individually to meet our standards for quality assurance.  They are then shrink wrapped, graded and frozen  within 5 minutes at 200 ° below zero through our liquid nitrogen tunnels to ensure our strict standards for quality which has given us our reputation worldwide for over 45 years.

Availability:  Florida Lobster season is from August 6th - March 31st.  We hold inventory all year round and can
ship any quantity via refrigerated trucks nation ally, 
or worldwide using  20 ‘ to 40’foot refrigerated containers.

Our lobster tails are safely wild caught in traps  out of our 2 facilities in Nicaragua and various suppliers throughout the Caribbean. Product is then selected to meet our strict quality guidelines for shipment to our Miami facility for further inspection and distribution. 

We also produce domestic lobster tails from our whole lobsters caught off the coast of the Florida Keys

Availability:  Lobster season in Nicaragua is from  July 1st – February 28th.

Lobster season in Jamaica is  from July 1st – March 31st 
although we hold  inventory year round.
